Privacy Policy for Shrnk.

This Privacy Policy explains how Fync Apps handles information when you use Shrnk. It is written for the shared Fync Apps portfolio, so some sections apply only when a specific app or feature uses that type of data.

If an individual app shows a more specific privacy notice inside the app or on the App Store, that app-specific notice should be read together with this policy.

Depending on the app and the feature you choose to use, we may process information such as support messages you send us, app preferences, subscription status, purchase eligibility, and basic device or app diagnostics.

• Writing and AI tools may process text that you ask the app to rewrite or generate.
• Photo utilities may need access to selected photos or your photo library to clean, compress, or organize media.
• Bluetooth utilities may scan nearby Bluetooth signals to help you locate devices.
• Fitness apps may use workout, progress, or activity information that you choose to enter or allow.

We may use information to operate the apps, provide requested features, improve reliability, answer support requests, and understand whether the product is working as expected.

We also use limited diagnostics and analytics to find crashes, performance issues, and product areas that need attention. We do not use private app content to contact you unless you send it to us for support.

iOS permissions such as Photos, Bluetooth, Health, Notifications, or Location are requested only when a feature needs them. You can review or revoke permissions at any time in the iOS Settings app.

Many Fync Apps features are designed to work primarily on your device. When a feature needs cloud processing, App Store infrastructure, analytics, or another service provider, only the information needed for that feature is sent.

Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through your Apple ID. We do not receive your full payment card details. We may receive purchase status information from Apple or related services so the app can unlock paid features and manage entitlement access.

We may use trusted service providers for hosting, analytics, crash reporting, customer support, AI processing, or purchase validation. These providers are used to operate the apps and are not allowed to use the information for unrelated purposes.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect the security of our products, or to prevent abuse.

We keep information only for as long as needed to provide the apps, support users, comply with legal obligations, or maintain reliable services. No electronic system is completely secure, but we use reasonable safeguards to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

You can control app permissions in iOS Settings, manage subscriptions in your App Store account settings, and contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information associated with your use of our apps.

Some data may remain where retention is required for security, fraud prevention, accounting, or legal compliance.

Fync Apps products are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate action.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the date on this page.
