2. Subscriptions and Billing

Some features of our applications require a subscription. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following:

• Subscription payments will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store
• No refund will be provided for the unused portion of any subscription period

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our applications for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt our services
• Share your account credentials with others
• Create multiple accounts for abusive purposes

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our applications, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, are our exclusive property or that of our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our applications are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our applications will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our applications immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Use.
