Privacy Policy for Memento AI.

Memento AI helps restore old photos. The app lets you choose a photo, processes that selected image with an AI restoration model, shows the restored result, and lets you save the restored image.

Memento AI only accesses photos that you select through the system photo picker or camera. The selected photo is prepared on device, then sent for AI restoration processing so the restored result can be generated.

Memento AI does not upload your full photo library. Only the image you choose for restoration is processed. The app does not intentionally collect contacts, precise location, advertising identifiers, or other photo-library items that you do not choose.

When a restoration succeeds, Memento AI stores the original thumbnail, Standard preview, restored image reference, creation date, and restore mode in the app's private local container. This powers the History feature.

History is stored on your device. Memento AI does not currently provide account sync or cloud history storage.

Memento AI uses Apple in-app purchases and RevenueCat to manage subscription entitlement status. RevenueCat may process purchase identifiers, entitlement status, device or app identifiers, and related subscription metadata needed to provide Pro access.

The app may log lightweight product events through the operating system logger, such as restore started, restore succeeded, paywall viewed, and export saved. These logs do not include photo contents, image metadata, or personal photo details.

Memento AI sends selected photos to an AI image restoration service to generate the restored result. The current restoration provider uses Fal.ai's image restoration model. The selected image is processed to create and return the restored photo.

• Diagnose restore, export, and purchase flows without collecting photo content.
• Respond to support requests.

Memento AI does not sell personal information.

Information may be processed by Apple, RevenueCat, Fal.ai, and support providers if you contact support directly.

• You can choose not to select a photo.
• You can stop using the restore flow before selecting a photo.
• You can deny photo-library save permission. If denied, Memento AI cannot save restored images to your photo library.
• You can clear local History in Settings.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions through Apple subscription settings.

Local History remains on your device until you delete it, uninstall the app, or the system removes app data.

Uploaded and restored photos are retained only as long as needed to complete processing, return the result, maintain the service, meet legal obligations, or support security and abuse prevention.

Memento AI is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate action.

Memento AI may process selected photos through services located outside your country or region.
