Terms of Use for Memento AI.

These Terms govern your use of Memento AI, an app for restoring old photos. By using Memento AI, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Memento AI uses automated AI image-processing technology to generate restored photos from images you choose. The selected image is processed through Fal.ai's AI restoration model so Memento AI can show you the restored result.

Results may be inaccurate, incomplete, altered, or unsuitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing restored images before saving, sharing, printing, or relying on them.

You should only select photos that you own, have permission to use, or are otherwise allowed to process. You retain your rights to photos you select and restored outputs generated from them, subject to any rights held by others in the original images.

Do not use Memento AI to process images that violate laws, privacy rights, publicity rights, intellectual property rights, or App Store rules.

Memento AI may offer a Pro subscription. Pro features may include HD export and access to the private local History archive.

• Subscriptions are purchased through Apple in-app purchase.
• Billing, cancellation, refunds, and subscription management are handled by Apple according to Apple's terms and policies.
• Prices, trial availability, billing periods, and included features are shown on the App Store product page or in-app purchase sheet at the time of purchase.

Memento AI may allow free restoration previews and Standard export. Free feature availability, limits, and quality may change over time.

Memento AI's History feature stores restoration records locally in the app container. If you delete the app, clear History, lose the device, or the system removes app data, History items may no longer be available.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer or interfere with Memento AI or its backend.
• Attempt to bypass subscription controls or usage limits.
• Select or process unlawful, harmful, abusive, or infringing content.
• Use restored images in a way that misleads others or violates rights.
• Overload or abuse the restoration service.

Memento AI depends on network access, Apple services, RevenueCat, and AI image restoration providers. The service may be unavailable, slow, or produce errors.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features when needed for quality, safety, cost control, compliance, or business reasons.

Memento AI is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Memento AI and its developers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost photos, lost data, lost profits, or restoration inaccuracies. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these terms may not apply.

You may stop using Memento AI at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the service in a harmful or unlawful way.
