Terms of Use for TextyAI.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using TextyAI, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

These terms apply alongside Apple's App Store rules and any additional terms shown inside a specific app or subscription screen.

Fync Apps grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the apps for their intended purpose on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these terms and Apple's applicable usage rules.

Some apps or features may require a paid subscription, one-time purchase, or free trial. Prices, renewal periods, trial terms, and included features are shown before purchase.

• Payments are charged to your Apple ID through the App Store.
• Auto-renewable subscriptions renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
• Refunds and billing support are handled by Apple under App Store policies.

You are responsible for the text, photos, activity data, device information, or other content you choose to provide to the apps. You should only use content you have the right to use.

Some features require iOS permissions, such as Photos, Bluetooth, Health, Location, or Notifications. If you disable a permission, the related feature may stop working.

AI writing output, Bluetooth proximity estimates, storage cleanup suggestions, question prompts, and fitness guidance are provided as helpful tools. You should review output, make your own decisions, and avoid relying on the apps as your only source of important advice.

Fitness and running features are not medical advice. Consult a qualified professional before starting a training plan if you have health concerns.

You agree not to misuse the apps or interfere with their operation. This includes:

• Using the apps for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or infringing activity.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, copy, resell, or exploit the apps beyond permitted use.
• Trying to bypass subscription, entitlement, rate-limit, or security controls.
• Uploading or processing content that violates the rights of others.

The apps, designs, names, logos, copy, code, and related materials are owned by Fync Apps or its licensors. These terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We try to keep the apps reliable and useful, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

The apps are provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fync Apps will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from use of the apps.

We may suspend or terminate access to an app or feature if you violate these terms, misuse the product, create risk for other users, or if continued access would create legal or security concerns.
